Africa-South America Summit

It's just old ''Hugo'' trying to poke the USA in the eye....

Him and Gadaffi are bosom buddies....one wants a ''united South America'' run with one gov the other wants a ''united Africa'' run with one gov.....dictators dreams and nothing more....
