Zimbabwe opposition secretary-general Tendai Biti leaves the magistrate's court in Harare on February 5, 2009, for the remand hearing on treason charges. Biti, a lawyer and secretary general of the main Movement for Democratic Change (MDC), faces two charges of seeking to oust veteran President Robert Mugabe. The trial has been set for May 4, 2009, prosecutors said today.
