Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai tours Harare's main gov hospital....27/02/09

In his first public appearance since joining the unity government, the longtime opposition leader toured Harare's main hospital Friday. Tsvangirai said about US$ 1.5 million is needed to revamp the rundown hospital. The new coalition government is faced with the world's highest official inflation rate, a hunger crisis and a cholera epidemic that has killed nearly 4,000 people since August.
