Zimbabwean opposition Movement for Democratic Change leader Morgan Tsvangirai arrives at his house in Harare January 17, 2009. Tsvangirai returned to Zimbabwe for the first time in more than two months, ahead of new talks with President Robert Mugabe on reviving a power-sharing deal.

 Unicef Executive Director Ann Veneman gestures during news conference in Harare January, 17, 2009. Veneman announced that Unicef would give five million dollars to Zimbabwe's health sector in an effort to combat a cholera epidemic and warned that the outbreak was not yet under control.
